ON-LINE RETURN POLICY

We’ve all had our hearts broken a time or two from a not so perfect on-line purchase. Where you fall in love with the dress, but disappointingly find out it’s not made for your body. Maybe one day someone will invent a virtual dressing room, but until then Tailgating Gypsy will gladly refund any broken hearts within 21 days from the shipment date. All returned on-line merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, have tags in tact, and be accompanied by your receipt/packing slip. S&H will not be refunded or reimbursed. FINAL SALE on all accessories and sale merchandise. Failure to comply with our return policy will result in forfeited merchandise from the buyer. TRADE SHOW EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee the luxury of a dressing room at all of our trade shows; therefore, we have an EXCHANGE ONLY policy and no cash refunds will be given. All exchanges must be made by the end of the Trade Show.

 

STORE RETURN POLICY

As a vendor, we are to follow the return policy of the store as a whole. Please keep in mind the difficulty if each vendor had its own return policy. If you made a purchase inside one of our stores, please see below for their return policy.

Serendipity Market, Willow House, The Plaid Peacock, Gracie Lane, & The Shoppes at Brownstone Village – All Sales are FINAL.

Spice Village – Returns made within 48 hours of purchase will be refunded if all tags are still attached, return is accompanied by the original receipt, and the purchase was not made using Baylor BearBucks. If Baylor BearBucks were used to purchase an item, no cash refund will be given; only a store credit. All returns made within two weeks of the original purchase date will receive a store credit. All gift receipts are valid for 30 days. All sale items are final.
